Question ... Can you tell if a user is logged on by looking at their profile?

You can actually tell if a particular user is active without even being a user here. Just click explore our site on the homepage, click on people and it will list all the recently active users.
It's really annoying to me that this is possible because it's been used to stalk me. Probably still is.

@ProdigalSummer: yep. I was going to say the same thing - if their name shows up as "recently active" chances are they are online - light or no light.
