FlySpeckIstan. It would be somewhere between WhereIstan and IDontCareIstan! Known for its small size. I never got to travel there but if I ever do, I will search high and low to find a T-shirt from some local university which I hope will read "My friend went to FlySpeckIstan U. and all I got was this T-shirt."
