As a black Brit I find it hard to relate to the plight of African Americans?

For a start they are American as they were born in American

Surely you can relate to injustices and other atrocities throughout history and in today's world, I hope, regardless of your skin color or country.

Well that’s understandable, you were born and raised in Britain, where racism is not as bad as it is in the States.

How can anyone know what colour you are unless you tell us? Not that it makes a particle of difference.

African’s are white as well.
