If we were all filled with the Holy Spirit ,no longer carnal
we would only need one book
Precept has to be interpreted by Precept ,
must be studied line upon line ,
go hand in hand with all the rest old confirmed by the new
The 2 major prophecies have the interpretations provided
But yet people prefer a man to tell them what it says
So the results is we do the very things were told to avoid ,conducting ourselves as we see fit and follow traditions of men ,,and read book upon book ,,yet say we don't need to study for ourselves the book that equips the saints ,leads to salvation ,,all by itself
Its purpose is for edification ,CORRECTION ,and reproof
Which means if somehow we have gotten off coarse ,it can guide us back ,,but you need to actually be converted ,willfully submitting yourself totally to God ,then it will all make sense ,,

1 Corinthians 2:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 1: 10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, [b]that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.[/b]

Then we could claim this promise

2 Chronicles 7:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; [b]then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.[/b]

But lets all just read another mans books and ignore the author of the one that counts ,,
