Who's the most interesting character you've ever read and why?

ethereal · F
Goldmund from the book Narcissus and Goldmund by Hermann Hesse, because apart from being able to relate to his artistic ways, the questions he asks, the way he sees the world around him, the way he wants to escape to follow wherever his heart leads, despite the mistakes he makes...it spoke the most to me.
Casheyane · F
@ethereal Okay, I think I wanna know you more because of that deep response. Wanna be friends? :)
ethereal · F
@Casheyane Sure! Thanks! :) I think we are already friends but haven’t talked much on here. My previous username was stardust. :)
Casheyane · F
@ethereal Oh, then yeah, I remember you :)
I think Karin Blixen, the focal character in Out of Africa. She was gutsy as the bravest of us and vulnerable as the most romantic of us. She was startlingly modern as today on the early 1900s.

Lord Voldemort.
I've witnessed more interesting characters in movies and TV shows though.
