Did you read "Ready Player One"? What did you think of it?

It's the book that the next big Spielberg movie is based upon.

I read it a number of years ago and really enjoyed it.

I did read it. it seemed a little.. forced. I can't imagine kids in a few years being completely enamored by 80sism and culture. it kinda seemed... a bit like it was my generation's version of 'the grandest generation ever' kinda thing going on.

@SW-User I was a late 70's, early eighties kid. I used to hang out in the arcades, so I guess I enjoyed all those references.

From the trailer preview, it looks like Spielberg wasn't strictly 80's in his approach.
