No wonder someone doesn't take you seriously when you have never given them a reason to do so

I know at least 3 poeple I've been angry at for not taking me seriously. But considering my behaviour towards them, letting them repeatadly use me, ignoring small comments or being incredibly naive and believe them every word, feeling less worth than they are... no wonder...
Trick me once , shame on you. Trick me twice, shame on me...
