Comedian comeback part 2

After I heckled him the comedian just said, “So what do you do for a living?”
Then I said, “I’m a carpenter.”
He said, “That’s cool, because I was just thinking, “If I had a hammer…”

It’s not even a put down. It’s just a comeback, the audience not only laughed, they applauded the guy.
