I waited until I was 26 and had been working at a good job for about 6 months. Never had any difficulties. 🤷🏼

UPDATE: We are currently living in a new place. A hundred dollars cheaper (+utilities) that's even bigger (a LOT BIGGER) than the old place. We're doing good right now.

I remember when $650 a month rented a spacious four bed three bath apartment, now it barely gets you a closet.
