You ever take a walk/run in the middle of the night?
I’ve done it some times before, there’s something wonderfully peaceful about it, not to mention the temperature helps to keep you cool if running.

more often when young. you can get a very similar effect (but it also helps wake you up, fewer goofy reactions, less potential for not good stuff) with getting up very early and doing the same.

@stound Yeah i've never been good at getting up early, i am however very good at staying up late.
