After heavy rain everything is stopped!

No light, no water, land sliding roads are filled with water.. Humidity killing! Can't go out to buy stuff for eating!
I went to buy some cheese and pasta but came back after block roads due to land sliding and filled with water!
I have only hand fan to help me! 😓
