I find it odd and interesting...

that when people say hi and just hi, that behind that statement there must be much more waiting be said.

I often wonder what the perfect reply to hi is in order to have the person feel comfy enough to keep talking.

It's odd though..

I usually say Hey what's up ..how are you? Introduce myself. Offer a compliment. Ask a question.

I wish people will just say what they want to say. Was saying hi how are you for weeks to a girl here before we got to be on at the same time and she said what she wanted.
