I don't budge, and do not speed up. Fuck 'em. Yet I do tap the breaks to warn them before applying them fully. Sometimes that makes them back off.
If there are two lanes, I sometimes pass them in reverse, so to speak. That is, I suddenly change lanes, hit the breaks, then swooop in behind him really close, and then resume my earlier speed. I think it startles him! Some even slow in confusion. So I slow, too. Heck, I can play this game all day, fuckwad! Then he zooms off, and I laugh my ass off!
