"Hitler Moves East" - Funniest Spontaneous Thing I Ever Heard

I was in an English language bookstore in Prague October last year buying a book about the Second World War entitled "Hitler Moves East" in large letters on the spine and cover.

In line was a middle-aged man with strongly Jewish features who was smiling at me. When I smiled back he pointed at my book and said "That's REALLY bad news - I live in New Jersey!" I laughed outloud then told him that was funny enough for him to buy me a drink ... which it was and he did!
