As much as I'd like for some things to be cheaper, I try to make up the difference in price by keeping an eye out for sales, especially clearance sales. 馃槉

i hate it those who are sheltered who have no idea it's different from region to region and they post online how they can make $18k last a year.


oh boy, bring them to D.C. (for starters...) $18k couldn't keep their rent paid for 6 months.

here, say, bland wonderbread for a loaf is $4.58 and a half gallon of regular ol' house brand whole milk is $4.99.

@sighmeupforthat It depends on the brand. If you're willing to go with a generic brand you're not sure about, then it's cheaper. Let's go with generic for this example: milk is $2.99, white bread's just $1.99. Woah, for real? Dang.
