Unless/until I can come up with a better answer, I'm going to say "a few days/weeks ago, just before the last large unclaimed lottery win".
That also has the advantage that I only have to hang around with a duplicate of myself for a few days. Would be weird to spend YEARS knowing there was another me out there.
And no, I wouldn't be going back TOO far. I like antibiotics too much.
