I keep having these dreams where I am in disaster situations. Wonder what this means?

Elevators crashing
Skyscrapers collapsing
Airplane crashes

Sometimes sleeping with the TV or radio on helps me with my nightmares.
SaxonAZ · 51-55, M
Fear of death, unknown? Subconscious working through something perhaps.
SW-User
@SaxonAZ I think so.
TheConstantGardener · 56-60, M
Anxiety about something out of your control?
SW-User
@TheConstantGardener Well, I do need a job.
TheConstantGardener · 56-60, M
@SW-User That's probably it.
SW-User
@TheConstantGardener Hee hee. And then after I get a job, I will be anxious about that. It never ends!
SW-User
You've been watching too many Marvel films. ;)
SW-User
@SW-User Ha! I really haven't seen many. But honestly, some of these dreams are like The Dark Knight!

Feeling that you have a lack of influence over what is going on in life.
SW-User
@Picklebobble2 Well, I certainly do feel that lately!
Coolkid77 · 31-35, M
Maybe a fear of dying in those places.
SW-User
@Coolkid77 That would be horrifying.
Coolkid77 · 31-35, M
@SW-User Agree. Dying in general is horrifying.
Ha. Me too. Stress probably
SW-User
@DarlingSelah Sounds about right.
daydeeo · 61-69, M
Move to the country.
SW-User
daydeeo · 61-69, M
@SW-User no elevators, no skyscrapers; peace of mind
SW-User
