I sometimes do this if i have a complex problem i need to work through.
Sometimes it's good to get it out of your head and break it into 'what needs to happen in order to...'.

@NickiHijab Doesn't have to be fancy nor big. I'm starting one to be the screensaver/wallpaper on my laptop.

@iamnikki Oh, I know. I just think if i’d have it there as a constant reminder, i’d be more willing to work accordingly. I’ve tried the whole writing it down on a book and it didn’t work for long
