What is happening is called abuse . What you need to do is find a way to record it . Maybe your mother will get you a couple of “ nanny cams “ that record video and sound on memory cards . Get plenty recorded , prod him into being an ass again. Then find an attorney. Abuse of someone with a mental illness is a kin to raping old ladies and children. The outrage will percolate all the way up to the judge . It’s clear your husband no longer loves you ( I’m very sorry) and that he’s seeing another woman/women , driving a new car , while you struggle to get something to eat .

That’s not ok . You feel trapped because if you don’t take his BS he threatens to divorce you or put you away . He can’t put you away and he won’t divorce you because you get half of everything plus alimony ( depending on your state) . You’ll likely get disability from social security and food stamps ( if you divorce him). He’s victimizing you! That’s not ok nor is it legal . I’m sorry for your illness , I have a sweet friend that has that too. You don’t deserve that type of treatment.

He doesn't deserve the title of "Husband" since he clearly does not love or care for you. I am so sorry you are going through this. This is awful!

It's not your fault. Hes being an asshole and doesnt deserve you. Speaking from experience. I had this issue with my ex fiance. You'll be happier living your own life without him. Trust me. It sounds like hes just making you miserable.
