Do people ever take your kindness for a weakness ?

Kindness is good. But sometimes people resent you when you are kind. Or they assume that because you are kind, that you are hiding who you are, or should not be trusted. Its like when they say that quiet people are the worse. And Im like....really. What do you think. Has anyone ever took your kindness for granted before. ☺

They mistake it for weakness, but you don't let them go too far. I'm careful. One knows. I have a very bubbly, outgoing personality, however am quiet most the time, but sometimes I have to hold back, so people don't get the wrong impression. For example: I'd love to say hi and hug everyone, but you just can't do that with certain people. They take it as coming on to them, so I'm just careful.
