It's interesting to me

As an introvert with social anxiety, I don't socialize like at all. Over the past year and I half I started talking to peeps online. Everyday I find more out of other's lives... Nobody had a perfect life. Not even close. But how you go about the problems the world has thrown against you can say so much about a person.

I used to think that a lot of people were so wrapped up in themselves and their unhappiness unleashed demons turning them into bullies, as every day I get bullied. Their life was work, study, work, study. Nobody really hung out with each other in elementary school, so it was wired into my brain that ppl have such bland lives.

Even as I proceeded into middle school, those around me were so much happier... In the groups of friends that they created. While my lack of social skills held me back.

But as I socialize more online I learn something. Yes, everyone has problems in their lives and sometimes even the kindest ppl can be bitter. But we're all kind inside somewhere. And our lives are a reflection of who we are; we're vibrant and full of life. I will realize that everyday more and more.

I think with social anxiety it would be easy to see the bad side of people. You are obviously a good person who sees the good, the kindness. It's nice to see that you are a positive thinker. With that sort of thinking you are much more likely to progress in leaps & bounds. I hope you do & that you can get on top of the limiting anxiety. Best wishes. :)

The more you meet other people, online or off, the more you realize that you are quite sane
