Should I admit to my 6 year old sister that I have cut myself on purpose?

She knew I was in the hospital last week. Today I told her why... Because of attempting suicide. She has seen cuts and scars but I don't know if I should tell her why I have cuts.

@Perry4444: I feel bad for not answering any of her questions. She asked why I have scars and why I ended up in the hospital. Those were separate occasions.
