What compliment(s) do you hear most often from people?

@Lacrimosa: They've done research on this, and it turns out that people are pretty good at picking out genuine smiles from fake smiles. You don't even have to look at the mouth to do it either. Sometimes the eyes give it away too.

Maybe the interviewers detected insincere smiles. That, or they found a more qualified candidate
