Can there be a BAD poem?

In all honesty I rarely see poems that aren't self-masturbatory. Novelists work to remove themselves from the reader's experience. Many poets, particularly "bad" ones, place themselves at the core.

There's bad everything. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder so it's safe to say that yes. Even if the majority says something is incorrect, there's always the possibility that others see it in a different light and find it beautiful.

Roses are greenish
And things fall
Dirt is kinda brown and musty
Heaven is empty
Mice don't
