How do I get more of a bubbly butt?

I'm petite and slender and I will flat out say it....my ass is flat as hell. I mean it isnt that flat but I just wish I had more of a booty. I see other women with curvy bubbly assets and to put it bluntly, I wish I had a womanly behind. I wish women who natually has a a booty should be blessed because most men are crazy about booties. Sorry, but I tell it like it is. Anyways how do I get a curved butt?
