@yllacsar: Affirmative action was designed to give opportunity to minorities. The actions of those benefiting from those opportunities shouldn't have an effect on everyone who does. In other words, the program has value even if some of the recipients fail.
Cloward-Piven strategy was designed to overload the welfare system to a degree where a crisis is created and a minimum income is paid out to everyone. I believe if Hillary Clinton won the presidency, the continued effort in this regard may have eventually succeeded.
