That is a perfect example of an ignorant guy response, and likely what he is hoping it leads to. Get in touch with yourself and basic needs. We all crave touch. It is an innate need of all human beings. It falls into the base of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, right along with safety, protection, food, and shelter. Research has proven it time and again.

Hate to burst your bubble, but touch is more than physical contact and getting into someones crotch.
