Are people better at creating or destroying?

I see both destruction and creation 2 ends of one stick. There is a creation that can be borne out of destruction. And vice versa. And therefore it is hard to say which people are better at.
Also, depends on individuals and their propensity to lean towards the positive or negative. Those who lean towards negative start the cycle with destruction.

Both can exist at once. People created New York, which is an amazing city, and destroyed the natural beauty that existed there beforehand.

Some are better at creating and others are better at destroying.

Apparently a real master at creating...followed by destroying.

Destroying. It's easier and takes less effort, so more people are inclined to do it.
