I used to. I don't think it did much. I just do guided meditation now.

@ClassySOB: guided meditation is basically someone speaking to you and guiding you through the meditation process, instead of you sitting in silence or with music. I use apps. one I am really into is stop breath and think. You can have guided or unguided ones.

I use them for relaxation and headache relief. They help me, but I know a few people they didn't work for, I guess like most things, they affect different people differently.

That's true. They make me tired, but that's about it.
