Have you ever been to any such place where you saw something similar?

Actually in my city Bangalore, the temperature is mostly moderate so compared to other Indian places, my city neither get extremely warm during summer nor extremely cold during winter because our city is on a plateau. So even during December it doesn't get super cold. We don't even need to wear very warm clothes during December. In our city, on Christmas day it doesn't even feel like Christmas because it will usually be a bright sunny day and no one on the road wears warm clothes because if we go out wearing warm clothes in such a bright sunny day we will feel warm too. Have you also been to this kind of place and felt the same like me?
