[@509132,Asmae] so I googled it and now I'm reading up on it and I remember my grandparents using that type of yellow ? Flour for things. I'm sure my grandmother would make some sort of cream out of it and it is very nutritious for breakfast. Anyway it seems like it takes a lot of time to prepare and bake. Well done haha

and this one is actually a 10-minute recipe. You mix the ingredients together in a bowl to make a liquid-y dough then pour it into a non-stick pan. That's it. I went with the easy version. I'm impressed that you found the answer with confidence 馃憤馃徑

What is this? recipe?

I am trying to figure out what to make for lunch, and will be trying to make some stuffed grape leaves. One more time. I will get it right one of these days.

- 1 (heaped) cup semolina flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

Ok, mix the semolina with oil and butter first to make "grits" and ensure all the particles are greased up. Than add in the egg, sugar, B.P and milk.

The mixture will be more like a liquid.

Pour it into a nonstick pan (on very low heat) until the bottom gets crispy and golden. The top should be firm, not all shaky or you'll make a mess when you flip it on the other side. Done 鉁

Serve harcha with honey or jam 馃憤馃徑 and tea ofc

So that's how you eat Harchas 馃槅 I ate it plan when I was in morocco. It was somewhat dry if I remember right.

[@1161949,mrlopez] It has to be paired with honey/jam or it'd be basic. Also ~ a good harcha shouldn't be dry, but you can always have it with some butter on top 馃
