Russian Leaders are Clever and Good at Martial Arts. Why?

According to researchers, this may be because the dominant genes of virtually all Russian leaders are from places that have lots of strong and intelligent people: Mongolia, Japan, China, Korea, etc. -- the countries that defeated and occupied Russia throughout the ages. ?? It's just a scientific theory. Might be wrong. Found the journal articles interesting.

@helenS There is a funny video of him getting in a military truck at the head of a military convoy, and driving the first vehicle across the new bridge to connect Russia with Crimea. (Of course the first vehicle across the new peaceful bridge was a military truck.) Was big exciting news in Russia. But I think his poll numbers dropped because he had on a shirt.
