How does one put a gif in a question or comment?

Copy your gif link ( the only ones that work for me are from gifer.com )
Open the pictures icon in the upper left corner of comment dialog box, select the url link at the upper right and paste your link into the box and post it.

Copy and paste url link to the url link space

Not working fot me either. I love gifs
