My dad when he was still with us was jealous of what I was able to drag home Which is just wonderful </s>

I think he felt trapped.

And my mother just doesn't, I don't know, I wouldn't put it past her to have no idea how to pronounce Alyssa's name and get it wrong and then lecture me about tolerating it because that's just how she is.

She doesn't really trust my people either, she keeps trying to push me to tell Alyssa to come here and I have to explain over and over that it's not going to operate that way. I'm the one that doesn't have other obligations.

Besides she's built a whole social network WHERE she is, I WILL Not disrupt that.

As I told Alyssa I'd rather not even ask her to sacrifice everything she's become comfortable with on my part.

the most I'm comfortable asking her for is to come visit.
