Do you know anyone elderly or sickly who’s updated their will during covid?

My dad is very old and very sick. He can’t go out and I can’t take him even if he could incase i have the virus. How can he update his will from his home? PS he lives with someone crazy who could be upset about the will and he has little privacy. How can he do it discreetly and privately yet quickly as he’s never gonna get better
