Did you have acne when you were younger?

@SW-User when I turned 26 it started up on my cheeks, always in the same area, nothing has changed too much in my daily routine so I'm at a loss. It sucks ha. I do have days where I'm clear though. I'm trying avocado oil soon, was recommended it.

@Earthwrap googled it and I do have a lot of those symptoms, I've heard of "leaky gut" before and thought that could be my problem.

@XcookiexbakerX grains break down the intestinal lining. Over time you could wear them down to a point of no return. Depending on your situation it's possible to cure them back but it takes a lot of work! The walls regenerate in 7 days but it could take months to years to get the inflamation response down. I used to eat what I thought was healthier too but it ended up making me worse.
