You’re dating a seemingly perfect person. No matter how perfect they are, what’s the one thing that would be a dealbreaker?

If she was religious. Spiritual is fine, but if she truly believed in the story pushed by any religion, I wouldn’t respect her intelligence.
Syktur · 26-30, M
@HypnoChode interesting.
@HypnoChode definitely. I forgot to include this in my answer. I have 4 but didn't include 1 intentionally. This one i forgot.
AuRevoir · 36-40, M
I don't have just one deal breaker. But the one's that spring to the top of my mind are if they lied about who they made themselves out to be. Feigning strengths where they only prove to show weaknesses. Or if they change.

If I fall for someone it's for who they were in those moments. Not who they may become. Sadly I've had to see people change like that in my life, and nothing is the same after that change takes place. A Hard lesson learned on my part.
Sapio · 46-50, M
A seemingly perfect person is usually that way because they're compensating for something (i.e. a very dark side or past). So before I call it quits, I'd need to find out what that is.
Syktur · 26-30, M
@Sapio for sure. Because there is no such thing as truly perfect.

They cheat.
They aren’t attentive or passionate enough.
A lot of things actually.
Syktur · 26-30, M
@SW-User there are a ton of dealbreakers. Many things can make someone become completely unappealing.

@Syktur I agree.
[c=#359E00]everyone perfect when dating because they put fake mask on[/c]
Syktur · 26-30, M
@YukikoAmagi you think everyone puts on a fake mask?
@Syktur [c=#359E00]yes. That's why a lot of people feel tortured after they get married[/c]
Syktur · 26-30, M
@YukikoAmagi sad ):
Melpomene · 22-25, F
I'm attracted to flaws lol
Syktur · 26-30, M
@Melpomene I agree. Good answer (:
Melpomene · 22-25, F
@Syktur There's a bad answer to this?
Syktur · 26-30, M
@Melpomene not really, it’s all subjective
Cruelty or prejudice.
@Syktur I’m pretty cautious and slow moving on relationships, so I’d normally know already and it wouldn’t have gotten very far.
Syktur · 26-30, M
@DarkHeaven very smart to take it slow. Less likely to miss some major red flags.
@Syktur I’m always cautious. I’m really emotional, temperamental artist type, so I have to be careful.

The wrong kind of mental illness. My crazy has to play nice with theirs. Like I can’t be with someone who cuts. Just can’t.
They don't like the Dallas Cowboys. Or they're the wrong political affiliation.
Syktur · 26-30, M
@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic Hahahaha very funny. But yes, political affiliation does matter for sure. If you don’t align with the other person it can cause a lot of discord
Syktur · 26-30, M
@jackson55 guilty 😬 down to like 3 cigs a day tho.
jackson55 · M
