What does "Sensitive" mean next to a response to a post?

I don't know for sure, but I assume the intention was to be able to label for people who might be triggered by certain terms, situations, et al.

although it strikes me as kinda stupid cuz I'm pretty sure there's no means to filter sensitive comments.

[@996344,yogibooboo] I think you can set it yourself by hitting the radio button, or a few keywords (that I'm unaware of, but suspect they exist) will make it autotag.
