Why do so many people waste energy on people who rejected them?

I get it rejection isn't fun, but why attack or insult or spend your personal resources trying to get them to change their mind? Boys and girls can do it. If someone doesn't like you why devalue yourself by dwelling on it? If they don't appreciate what you have to offer spend your energy on someone who does!!!

I agree there are a litany of reasons someone may reject you it doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with you, you may just not be their type. So instead of trying to convince them that you are or try to morph into something you think they want you to be it's a lot less time consuming to just try to find someone that likes you for who you are because 100% lots of people will haha.

These are very wise words. There’s so many other people who would be a better fit and people need to remember that.
