Ladies, if you noticed a gentleman admiring you from afar, would you be repulsed and find him creepy, or flattered?

unless he is attractive to me, it would feel creepy, but only if he kept "admiring" me after i turned my back to him. if he focused on something else after i've shown my disinterest, i would no longer find him creepy.
