@MushroomFaerie I knew a guy that went to PNG to work as a truck driver. One day a group of tribesmen ran out in front of the truck and he ran one over. When he got back to the yard and told them they instantly booked him a flight home.

It just means in many third world countries the laws are different. You can hit someone and they might just assume you hit them on purpose even if it was not your fault. Many countries the law means nothing. Lots of corruption. Many cops in third world countries will demand money for freedom if its a westerner.@MushroomFaerie
