Is it normal to have 3 jobs and get hired for a new one even though you know you won’t be able to work there

Not normal at all, but some people are able to deal with that. Also it's a cool attitude to me, I'd like to have it, I'm quite the opposite sadly, I'm a chaotic and unorganized person so I can't do many interviews etc.
