@curiosi With all due respect and support, I am obligated to point out that the number there is not accurate. This is a plant to make conservatives look stupid.. Remember one thing. The democrats have a horrible record going back the "democratic republicans" of the Jefferson / Madison era. There was a split. The republicans went for human dignity and the democrats went for subjugation of their fellow man. LBJ was the father of passive aggressive politics. We can all be grateful for his compassion, but his intentions were not so noble, I remember my grandparents , and their old friends told me about his famous quote, that the revisionists are trying to erase.

Come on. If every person old enough to remember talks about it, and has the same story, long before it became internet fodder, it has to be true. Our guts tell us what's right and wrong. Alienating the good farming /industrial folks with their guns and religion is a very bad idea.
Kids know right and wrong too, and the 'overlooked' will be speaking soon.
