Did you see anything fun today?

I saw a quail, in the wild, for the first time in years while on my parents’ property. Also a locust tree that was thorny as hell.

I found a chick on her stoop moaning. She seemed drunk or high.

I called 911 for her.

Also... i went out to breakfast this morning and had a staring contest with a kid sitting across to us for like 20 min.

Nice pics! I saw a gray dove. It seems they disappear for a while then they come back. It's been a while.

Oh nice! I saw a pheasant hen today, too. First I’ve seen in that area in at least a decade, and glad to see them returning. @curiosi

It’s not my lifestyle for sure - I ran away from the farming life as soon as I was able - but there is a certain tranquility to be found in timberlands. @SW-User
