Ever get anxious because of a confrontation when your totally in the right?

Why do I feel anxious as the good guy?
I've always been told I'm wrong and I'm learning I'm not and growing a backbone so why do I feel guilty?

Because at some level you reflect and think that you could be unaware of something or wrong. Then the confrontation itself is stressful and on top of that you don't want to be misunderstood and the possibility they'll manipulate or not listen to you exists.

So it's no wonder, but you've just gotta stand your ground and learn to trust youself, and the more you succeed the more you can trust yourself.

Think of your mind as one of those really old real to real tapes, the tape plays over and over as you were conditioned to believe something. Recognize it for what it is allow it to play but don't get attached to it. It will eventually have to stop.
@curiosi that is very good. This is my past replaying, not my present. I just wish my body would calm down

YES. I could be right, but my mind goes blank when i'm on the spot and feel pressured.

So i just avoid confrontation until i blow up and no longer have anxiety about it. I have to be fed up
