Why is it that my boss always says, if you have a problem, you can come to me

Then when you do, she makes excuses for the lazy bastard other employees and puts the blame on me and other people.

There may be a hidden message in there.

I am sure that your boss also has "lazy bastard" colleagues that she has to work around... and she's gotten to her position somehow.

Is it possible that you are expecting her to solve your problems for you instead of learning from her how to solve the problems yourself?

You need to read what I said again. You’re clearly just a doormat that likes being a slave.

@lucetta12 Yup. You have me all figured out.

🙄

I think you've told us where the actual problem lies.

Doesn’t sound like a good leader at all

@lucetta12 she doesn’t have a superior?
lucetta12 · 36-40, F
Nope. Just her.

@lucetta12 that sucks

Because the boss probably puts the business first.
lucetta12 · 36-40, F
Is that why she’s lost most of her employee’s ? @Arorin

@lucetta12 I can't answer on a situation I don't know. Maybe the eemployee's were bad, maybe she is a bad boss, but most the times i have heard the boss say open door policy, it isn't because they want to be your friend that is all I'm getting at.
lucetta12 · 36-40, F
Hmm well she wants to be everyone’s friend. We don’t wanna be her friend. She’s our boss and acts like our friend and doesn’t do her job.
