I feel special around nature/ animals, I don’t know why?

Sometimes it is because nature is like another world.

Years ago, there was a area of bush where I used to hike with my dogs and a troupe of monkeys started to vacate the area. I often used to sit and watch them that even my dogs learnt to be docile.
The monkeys got so used to us and it was if we were not even there.
