Yes. It is worth the wait and the cleanup. I like it with a longer brew and medium roast. More oil to extract from the grounds.

I wish. We don't have coffee filters for that.
@XReaganX a french press doesn't use paper filters. It is a metal screen. A very fine one. Good models have gold plated screens

@XReaganX It should just be the glass and a plunger which you can re-use forever. Cheap good coffee. :)

I threw out my coffee maker - it's French Press or pour over now.
