You have 99 magic pills which modifies your body in any way you wish. The catch is that you are allowed one pill per person in their lifetime. For example, you can wish for near instant weight-loss: You watch yourself go from 600lb to 150lb in a minute, with skin tightening. Another example would be an older lady could wish for an instant facelift to look 20 again. Internal disease (like cancer or diabetes) are also cured within one minute. There is no scaring, almost no pain; you get to use your body almost immediately.
