Serena Williams, cartoon. Was it racist, sexist?

I don't see anything sexist or racist in this cartoon. Frankly, she acted a fool. She behaved irrationally and she could have conducted herself better. I don't get sympathy when I throw a tantrum. I am an adult. She totally took the stage away from her competitor.
